Element Rules

Each element takes 3 points to master. At one point in an element you can use E and D Rank Jutsu with that element. With two points you can use C and B Rank Jutsu. At three you can use A and S Rank.

Advanced Elements will cost two points each, and if they are a combination of elements you will need at least one point in each element necessary.

Some Advanced Elements will require a KKG to use, like Mokuton for the Senju.

Genin start with 1 point.
Chuunin start with 2
Special Jounin start with 3
Jounin start with 4
S-Rank start with 5
Kage start with 6
