Skill and Stat Training Rules & Template

Training a Skill is much more difficult than training a Jutsu, and will take up a lot of time. It is not likely that you will be able to complete the higher ranked training posts in only one go.

0 > 1: Some form of sensei, literature, or special learning tool is required for this transition. A word count of 5,000 is needed.

1 > 2: 10,000 words are needed to train this up. This can count learning a new Jutsu in this stat or using one in a fight. You cannot count the whole fight, but the posts you use this sort of Jutsu or Skill in. These rules will continue to apply.

2 > 3: 20,000 words.

3 > 4: 40,000 words.

4 > 5: 80,000 words.

5 > 6: 100,000 words

An additional point is added with each rank up. This point must be added immediately. There will be no saving up of extra points.

Ranking up your physical stats is a very easy math problem. Subtract any Taijutsu or Bukijutsu stat bonus, and multiply the remainder by 100. This is how many words you will need to train each stat. Each time you do this you will have earned 5 to that stat. Only one physical stat may be trained in one post. Several can be trained in one thread. If you had an especially labor intensive post in a fight you may use that in your word count.
