- Her parents were wed and honey mooned in The Land of Grass during the spring. Upon returning to their lives in Amegakure, they missed the beauty of the flowers so they agreed to name their child "a flower of happiness". Upon birth, Hanatsu lived a privileged life since both of her parents worked in the Medical field. Her parents did all they could to make sure their daughter would bloom into a bright blossoming woman. They were careful not to spoiler her though as they wanted to keep their child kind and joyful. Young Hanatsu was overly quiet for young girl of her age, however it was not because she was timid, but rather because she was so busy trying to understand everything around her. Most of the time when she opened her mouth it was to ask a question about something that caught her eye. She often asked her mother and father about The Land of Grass and the story of their marriage. Day and night, she would glance up at the sky wondering if the sun even existed behind the grey, ever present clouds.
By age 8, Hanatsu emotional expressions began to fade more and more as she learned about the world and how it worked. Worried that their "happy flower" was developing problems, her parents started becoming stricter and did what they could to keep her mind busy. Whether it was private tutoring lessons to extracurricular ranging from music and dancing, Hanatsu seemed unphased and even more distracted the more organized her days got. No matter what her parents did she never felt fulfilled, as if something in her life was missing.
During her pre-teen and teenage years she often awoke to an empty house. Over the past few years, patients had been rapidly increasing due to increase in poverty and military abuse. Her parents were extremely busy in the hospital tending to the ever present income of patients. When they could, her parents would take to the streets and aid the poverty stricken with medical aid the best they could. With her parents mostly gone, in her spare time Hanatsu would sneak out and carefully wander the streets. She often would take a job that peaked her interest, but after a few weeks would resign once she got bored. These jobs ranged for merchant to exotic dancer. Over time Hanatsu accumulated enough money, and on her 18th birthday moved out and bought her own apartment. From then on she did as she please.
After the rise of Kiyoshi, Hanatsu had no interest in the Shinobi way. However after a few years of drastic change, something in her felt compelled to learn how a single person could change the entirety of Amegakure. The first step to sate her curiosity was to enroll in Amegakure's Ninja Academy. To her surpriseHanatsu learned so much about the shinobi way that it kept her interest long enough for her to become a Genin in 8 months time.
- Personality:
- Hanatsu is not much of a talker, she would much rather be observing coversation than part take in it. Understanding that she may seem stoic and socially awkward at times, she tries her best to be personable. Her wide golden eyes set on exploring the world infront of her, one might think she keeps her head in the clouds, and they would be partially right. She still keeps her views and ideas realistic, but Hanatsu enjoys letting her mind drift into realistic possibilities as well. Throughout most of her life Hanatsu has never fully felt happy, overtime it became her main goal to find what makes her happy. Due to this she tends to jump from occupation to occupation in hopes of eventually finding something that will make her happy. She has had a varying degree of different jobs, a jack of all trades but master of none one might say. Her goal has such a high value to her that she will do almost anything to achieve it and let nothing stop her.
Because of her life style, she tends to dislike indecisiveness, while this may seem hypocritical given she has not committed to anything for very long, she thinks that at least she picked something and went along with it until it got boring to her, compared to not making a choice to begin with. No matter how altruistic a person is, she views such kindness as a roundabout way for the other person to be happy. A person would think that having such a view point would cause a person to envy those who are naturally happy in life, and they would be 100% right. Hanatsu does not show it, but she tends to envy anyone who is happy with their life and wonders how that came to be for them.
On a short list of what she does enjoy, she enjoys the nightlife, not as a partier or as a woman that indulges the fantasies of men, rather she just enjoys the beauty during night, especially since she resides in Amekagure. Due to her parents influence and how she was constantly learning as a child, she invests a lot of time into books as well. Lastly, of course she enjoys things that interest her, at least until they get boring.

Hello Hanatsu,
Great app, love the FC. Your character's personality is too short however. Minimum of 300 words please. I want to know about this character's likes, dislikes, quirks and mannerisms. Once you fix that, you'll be good!

Great! Sorry the personality is a little short, I had a lot of technical difficulties and slightly gave up re-writing somethings but I'll get that fixed ASAP.
